本政策說明 LoopTheLoop（澳洲營運）如何收集、使用與保護你的個人資料。

  1. 我們收集的資料：你提供的——電子郵件、密碼（加密儲存）、顯示名稱、生日（選填）、慣用單位等個人設定；你建立的織片、作品、照片與備註。付款資料——訂閱付款由 Stripe 處理，你的完整信用卡號不會經過、也不會儲存在我們的伺服器，我們僅保留訂閱狀態與付款結果。自動收集的——基本的使用與裝置資訊（例如瀏覽器類型），用於維持服務運作與安全。
  2. 我們如何使用資料：提供與維護服務、管理你的帳號與訂閱、依你的設定顯示與分享內容、與你聯繫（如服務通知）、改善服務與確保安全。
  3. 資料如何分享：我們不會販售你的個人資料。資料僅在下列情況分享給服務供應商：Supabase（儲存資料與帳號）、Stripe（處理付款）。關於 Ravelry——當你使用織圖搜尋時，我們僅將你輸入的搜尋字串送至 Ravelry 以取得公開的織圖資料，不會將你的帳號或任何個人資料提供給 Ravelry。法律要求時，我們可能依法揭露資料。
  4. 資料儲存與安全：資料儲存於 Supabase。我們採取合理的技術與管理措施保護你的資料，但沒有任何網路傳輸或儲存能保證絕對安全。
  5. 你的權利：你可以隨時於帳號設定中查看、修改或刪除你建立的內容。若你想刪除整個帳號，請來信 support@looptheloop.net，我們會在合理時間內刪除你的帳號與相關個人資料。
  6. 資料保留：我們在你帳號存續期間保留你的資料；你的帳號刪除後，我們會在合理時間內刪除或匿名化你的個人資料（法律要求保留者除外）。
  7. 兒童：本服務不針對未滿 16 歲的兒童設計。
  8. 政策變更：本政策可能更新，重大變更會於本頁公告或以電子郵件通知。

This policy explains how LoopTheLoop (based in Australia) collects, uses and protects your personal information.

  1. Information We Collect: You provide—email, password (stored encrypted), display name, birthday (optional), preferred units and other settings; and the swatches, projects, photos and notes you create. Payment information—subscription payments are processed by Stripe; your full card number never passes through, and is not stored on, our servers, and we keep only your subscription status and payment results. Collected automatically—basic usage and device information (such as browser type) to keep the Service running and secure.
  2. How We Use Information: To provide and maintain the Service, manage your account and subscription, display and share content according to your settings, communicate with you (e.g. service notices), and improve the Service and ensure security.
  3. How Information Is Shared: We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers only to run the Service: Supabase (data storage and accounts) and Stripe (payment processing). Regarding Ravelry—when you use pattern search, we send only the search text you enter to Ravelry to retrieve public pattern data; we do not provide your account or any personal information to Ravelry. We may disclose information where required by law.
  4. Storage and Security: Data is stored with Supabase. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
  5. Your Rights: You can view, edit or delete the content you create at any time in your account settings. If you wish to delete your entire account, please email support@looptheloop.net and we will delete your account and associated personal information within a reasonable time.
  6. Data Retention: We retain your data while your account is active. After your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.
  7. Children: The Service is not directed at children under 16.
  8. Changes to This Policy: We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page or notified by email.
